OCN Level 3 Award: Using Social Media to Market and Promote Events, Products and Services

  • Amma Centre 2 Market St Northern Ireland, BT61 7BU United Kingdom (map)

Join us for the next in our series of OCN modules, ‘Using Social Media to Market and Promote Events, Products and Services’. Focusing on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, we will be starting from a beginner level and working our way up to launching a targeted campaign. Along the way, we will be looking at professional use of the platforms and case studies of social media in practice. This course is ideal for creative businesses and startups who want to learn more about using social media platforms for marketing and promotion as well as developing a more strategic approach to using it within their creative practices.

Completion of this course will achieve a Level 3 Award from OCN. It also forms part of the overall Creative Arts and Digital Technologies Award that participants can work towards. To achieve the overall qualification you are required to complete two modules from a selection that we will deliver over the coming months (including those that completed Level 3 Award in Digital Fabrication).

No previous experience required but experience working on computers will be beneficial. This course requires completion of written coursework that will be guided by your course tutor.
