In today’s busy world we are oversaturated with dialogue and communication. It is therefore vital that you have a clear and simple message of who you are and what you do in order to build and develop key relationships for your business. Presenting is at the core of Nicola McCarthy’s career as a Broadcaster, Presenter and Journalist. During this stimulating 1-day workshop Nicola will help us create our own 60 second pitch, be it of your business/creative practice or product.
Nicola will share her industry insights and tips with us on pitching and presenting, discussing how to build confidence in order to effectively present yourself. She will touch on themes such as key presentation skills, imposter syndrome and networking of value. Having managed and created content for both club and personal brands, with millions of social media followers, she will discuss communicating online, business perception and the importance of having a simple mission statement.
This workshop will conclude with participants creating and delivering their own 60 second pitch, a skill that is a vital asset for presenting your work today.
