Create: Innovate: Armagh are awarding a one-week residency at the prestigious Tyrone Guthrie Centre from Wednesday 4th-11th March 2020. This residency includes full board accommodation (all meals provided during your stay) in ‘The Big House’ & Private Art Studio. This award is open to practitioners in all creative art forms (eg: visual art, craft, performance, literature, poetry etc).
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative practitioner to find space, creatively regenerate and fulfil a creative project within these stunning surroundings, with private accommodation and a studio space provided. All meals are catered for during your stay so that you can fully focus on your creative objectives. The meals and hospitality at Tyrone Guthrie Centre are legendary. There will be opportunities to meet International Artists, with all creatives coming together each evening over dinner. It is the perfect place to find inspiration, creative conversation and forge new connections whilst making work.
Please note: Applicants must be from or reside in, or have links to the Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon Borough area. (Links include evidence of significant contribution to the creative community within ABC. For example working within, being on the Board of Organisations within, or having significant Exhibition, Productions, Publications or Performances within the ABC Council Region)
